We had my husband’s birthday celebration Fantastic king crab , all the dishes are excellent!
All dishes at this restaurant is always fresh and juicy. We usually order their gorgeous fried rice as the main, along with two other dishes. For two people, this is enough to have leftovers to take home and enjoy again. This time we tried the Halibut in Soy Sauce & Scallions for the first time, and it was amazing—the thick, white fish was tender and juicy, making it highly recommended! Lunch time seems to end at 3 PM, so if you’d like to relax and stay longer, I’d recommend visiting around noon or before 1 PM. Togo box costs 0.5 per box.
Our first time visiting this location. We normally hit up Vancouver, Richmond or Coquitlam when it comes to Chinese food. Neptune Palace is great. Highly recommended. Clean premise and friendly staff. Excellent dishes that hit the right culinary notes and delighted our taste pallettes. Will return!
I came here for my birthday with my aunt, sister, and a friend, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, everything felt nice and welcoming. The ambiance was beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious, and every detail was just perfect. Charli was super sweet and attentive— she made sure everything went smoothly and that we were taken care of the whole time. It truly felt special. This was the best and fanciest birthday I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this place if you’re celebrating something or just want to treat yourself!
First time here and my partner and I ordered wayyyy too much but everything was amazing. Jorvie was cheering us on trying to finish our food but we ended up getting to go boxes I also felt bad about eating the dessert, it was too cute
The food is great. We ordered their special menu (king crab) and a lot of assorted king crab specialties were made. Their service is exceptional especially Jorvie who was very helpful. They gave us complimentary mango pudding as a treat. Thank you for the delicious meal!
Manager Charlie is just amazing. She has always been nice to the customers, providing good service and good food there always as well.
Every year we always come here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Food is great and the staffs are very friendly
